We were in a bad place with our Network about 2 years ago. We were in need of a new server and all new computers. We decided to look for a local I.T. Company to assist us with the purchase, installation and configuration of an entirely new network while preserving the data from our previous computers and server. We are a start-up company and needed to establish a network for our employees. We explored many options before hiring an in-house I.T. Manager. In retrospect, that was one of our first mistakes in our new business. We did not know much about the individual other than his certification, which were legitimate but did not represent his skill set very well. We ended up with a home made server in a workgroup environment that was not nearly as robust or secure as our current platform, which 954NETWORK installed after we let our in-house guy go. 954NETWORK installed a Small Business Server and set us up in a Domain Environment. Now all of our critical data is stored centrally on the server, backed up nightly both locally to hard drive and remotely to the off-site backup servers that 954NETWORK provides.
